Bob,

I asked a simple question. If I remember correctly, revenues were $286M last quarter and they projected a 10-15% decline this quarter which gets ~$244 to $258. I picked $250 because it is in the center and is round.

I asked a simple question because I have no axe to grind. I am watching JDSU because I believe it is a true technology leader. CSCO did $4.6B last quarter and nobody expects an $18.4B quarter any time soon. I realize that CSCO fell from about $6.5B to $4.4, 32%, while JDSU has fallen from $900M or 67%. It is just that we are not talking about hamburghers and coke, here. Future sales levels are not obvious and you are another willing to bet money with what seems like a tenuous grasp of future sales.

I asked a simple question because I seem to be the only one on these SI threads who is unwilling to fly without a net!
