I already refuted ad nauseum, your worthless claims.

1. Once again, OPWV makes $8-12 per phone subscription sold. Not per month. 30 million current phones in use, 1 billion by 2005. Openwave will never open a call center, that is the CSP's job. They already refuted that two quarters ago.

2. No one will buy MSFT WAP software because it doesn't exist. They only make software for handhelds called BLAZER. And they are now an Openwave browser customer as of this last weekend. Yes, that means they are paying OPWV to allow their internet users to access msn and Hotmail accounts now.

3. McFarlane owns over 7 million shares from the merger of his company and openwave, (software.com and phone.com) he sells 10,000 a week and that is .007 of his entire holdings. Paul Allen DUMPED every share of INSP he owned. 22 MILLION SHARES in one transaction in Sept. That is dumping!!

link: biz.yahoo.com

4. FMR is the most powerful mutual fund company out there. They manage more assets than ANY other mutual fund family. And they are the largest holder of OPWV stock. And if you follow analyists changes in opinion on companies you are a moron. I did check the filings, they own more shares now than ever.

5. I don't care if INSP is generating a TRILLION dollars in "transactions". It means nothing until it becomes actual revenue. Sears did $40 billion in ACTUAL Revenue. INSP did $30 million. HA HA Your revenue from last quarter was 1/3 that of OPWV.

You said >>What INSP reports as its revenues is simply the transaction fees it earns because the merchandize does not pass through INSP cashiers<< That is right. Credit card companies work the same way. They do transactions and make a percentage of all purchases. Around 2-4%. They difference is that they also acrue interest income too from card holders. INSP does not.

You are a moron and your claims about OPWV are false and baseless. Your revenue is a pipe dream, and your company EVER being profitable is a fantasy. It relies on revenue of failing dot coms. OPWV gets revenue from BLUE CHIP communication providers. Enough said.

Opwv has a stock buy back program as well, but neither Don's buying or the buyback means the stock goes up from here. Same deal as amcc last Sept.

Much better than insider selling though.

"Show me some growth" seems to be the mantra of the day.

So that's what caused the pop in opwv? I see it bottomed out the same day those comments were made.

Show me the earnings. That's what will make this stock go up and stay up.
