How many people like me are there out there hurting current sales figures but ready to make large purchases when they go to the next step. A lot! I was at a party of 14 people tonight, and I asked all of them to explain their cell phone experience to me. Not one of them could describe wireless web to me. Not one! They only expected to be able to communicate with voice on their devices. When I asked how many had upgraded to wireless web they said "what's that?" Very discouraging. Service providers need to do a better job of selling their services. M
