Read Salutin's article. For Israel the enemy is within and in the end hopefully justice for the Palestinians will prevail. Have you ever read about the settlements - often luxurious California style dwellings whereas only a hundred or so yards away the Palestinians live like dogs with open sewers in the streets - Israeli soldiers using kids who appear on the sand dunes as target practice. Settlers having their own roads whereas on a daily basis Palestinians are held up for hours at checkpoints in the most humiliating way. This has been going on for years and years. Have you ever asked yourslf why men and boys are prepared to give up their lives for their cause? It has everything to do with living without hope. You can select attacks against Israel as the cause of retaliation, but you ignore the deeper and massive injustice. And you ignore the daily harrassment of Palestinians by Israel. How ironic when you think of it, if you think of it.
