Hi Susie -- here a good post questioning all the excitement over using stock options instead of cash to pay employees.

I also question the statement that companies will have to pay more cash to compensate employees like they did in 1973-1974.

Oh yeah -- like people were in a position to give companies ultimatums for more money in 1973. They were probably thankful to still have a job !! lol
