Dear Tiger Paw: Man, are you NEVER gonna just let Rumsfield retire completely? You think he is interested in another job at his age?? IMHO this is his swan song and he is just trying to do the best job he can to provide adequate protection for this country in the future. Remember it takes YEARS for defensive missle systems to be developed and deployed. How would YOU like it if we did nothing and someday IRAQ, IRAN or N. Korea or some other totalitarian regime dropped a missle on N.Y., L.A., Chicago or other large metropolitan area?? What would you say then, I bet you would be HOWLING those damn Republicans didnt have us prepared. JDN
