The more I think about this the more I wonder why Congress should have any role. This is a law enforcement issue. There are plenty of laws on the books to deal with this type of stuff.

Well, that's a nice belief, but FACTS are there is a congressional inquiry into Enron, but not the dot coms. Do you have actual facts to back up your claim that "Congress should be looking into this mess, which has caused more harm to pension plans than 100 Enrons." or is it just a shoot from the hip wild assertion?
