"How can words be so content-free?" Your words are full of accusations and finger pointing with not facts to back them up. I can see that Bush is guilty of promoting Energy business, a point well bolstered by the article. This I consider the responsible actions of a political leader at a time when there is an energy crisis. I do not see where Bush was in any way complicit in misdealings of the financial officers. You made the accusation, you substantiate it.
