All I can say is I am glad I am no longer short home builders, and that I escaped with a good profit even after getting bruised recently. Now if I can remember, always heed Dabum's cautions and also follow his motto to be like a Marine and never fight for the same ground twice. I must say all this chatter about high oil prices by the second half seems encouraging. Review of IEA OECD stock data supports the bullish comments as long as OPEC wants price and not market share. Fighting Russia could be very costly to OPEC.
