Pro Forma's are inherently inaccurate since they are a guess at performance bottom line. Who knows what revenues a company will receive. The only thing a company can control is its costs. So proforma results are meaningless.

GAAP results are available for anybody who feels as you do about pro forma numbers, so I don't understand the big deal.
