He's not an embarrassment to 80% of the country, but you're an embarrassment to yourself. Do you ever consult a dictionary?

In the present usage
The present usage indicates that Bush heard the word axis on late night TV and thought it was a synonim for bad or evil. The guy is an embarassment to whole country. They should send Powell out and hide Bush with Cheney.
