Or will they save that for the SOI process? Considering the short life-span of the bulk process, I would guess that any "tricky" issues would be left for the SOI version. -fyo

Not good" The LOR changes that I am aware of are at the upper levels of metal and only affect routing (slightly). I don't expect this to affect die size much; however, it's just another indication of how immature the LowK process really is and integration issues. The defect density that is being reported is abysmal ... If this were INTC, "heads would have rolled". Make It So, Yousef
