James Raphaelian Head Trader for SG Cowen,and regular guest on bloomberg TV who has impressed me in the past, states his analysis is Smart Money is saying more down to go. He states we need a disorderly day sell-off to get this to turn around.

I'm going to start researching book value (not counting goodwill) and cash value on some these techs tonight. One good dive and we sould approach some value plays.

Tomorrow before the bell look for DaimlerChrysler (DCX) to report. 15:46 ET TRW confirms Cote resignation to join Honeywell (TRW) 42.90 -2.14: -- Update -- Co confirms the resignation of CEO David Cote subsequent to his acceptance of a position with Honeywell. Co's Board of Directors has established a Chief Executive Office to direct the company while it seeks a permanent successor. TRW reiterates its earnings and cash flow guidance provided in its January 24 conference call. 15:38 ET Honeywell to tap TRW chief as its new CEO (HON) 33.50 -0.14: --Update-- CNBC reporting that TRW Inc (TRW 44.03 -1.01) chief executive officer David Cote will be appointed the new CEO of Honeywell. Report sends TRW shares to new session lows.
