That's not correct; you can be sued for libel especially in the case of OJ where the courts found him innocent.
All you would need to defend yourself is a preponderance of evidence.

Also he lost a lawsuit death lawsuit about the killings (there is a lower standard of evidence in civil cases) so as long as you can afford a half way decent lawyer you would probably win the case.


Tim, that doesn't change the fact that you could be at jeopardy. Ray was saying that they could say what he wanted without risk. That's not true......even if he ends up winning he's still at risk.
