You say, that the risk assessment for further damage would be the same, if it was a wacko dentist that committed the act, or a communist agent. I think you would get fired.

I'm impressed with that flash of critical thinking. A fluke, perhaps.

The risk assessment for a further terrorist attack, of course, is not the same as for an initial attack. In KISS mode, my comments spoke to the initial attack.
