I already have bought tech and my position trades are not swimming right now. Since early January everytime we got a rally, it has obviously stalled and failed. My few chain links of strength remains SPX 1,080 support continues to hold as does higher SOX support levels... Also, the more negative the market psychology gets, the more Bullish I become. But it is exacting a high price right now. I wonder if it is so bad why is the NBER set to announce the recession is about over? Best Regards, J.T.
