Tim If I could show that a preponderance of evidence showed that he did kill 2 people I would successfully defend myself without opening OJ up to any criminal prosecution.<<<<<<<< That is the point. The court won't let you show, and OJ already has proof, from the verdict in 95 that he was innocent. <<<<OJ would have to prove that I am lying (by a preponderance of evidence standard, not beyond all reasonable doubt) if he was to successfully sue me for libel or slander. <<<<<<< Oj already has proof he was innocent, and the court wouldn't let you force OJ to defend himself against your spurious charges again. You would have to appeal the 95 verdict and get that overturned first. It ain't going to happen. It would be like Ted telling me FLA just got done with the recount and AL won. Who the hell would care.
