Exactly.

Most probably they will be bought and put to good use eventually. There was a big crash in the railroad industry in the 19th century due to overbuilding but all that rail was used (became productive) eventually.

Some people win, some people lose, but real money never leaves the casino, it just shifts from pocket to pocket.
