As we stated, we are very restricted as to what we can say during the S3 review process. I realize that there are are many who thought we should have made major anoouncements and gone into much greater details about the S3 registration. Unfortunately, the penalties for doing so can be extremely harsh. However, we hope that this won't be an issue at our next conference call and we will be able to discuss our business and revenue plans more freely. Our goal is to become revenue neutral (break even) by Q4 of the upcoming fiscal year, or sooner. We plan to achieve that be a combination of revenue opportunities; retailo being the most significant. We have an extensive roadmap of products scheduled to launch into retail over the next several quarters. We also expect to receive ongoing revenues from our reference designs from both Musical and B&O. We are pursueing several bundling opportunities and these will be executed if they make good business sense. We are extremely focused on revenue generation this year and have declined several opportunities that would have brought national exposure, but not on favorable terms.
