I would like to see some followup for the comments made at the August 2001 Conference Call:

1. Aero-space revenue up 37% y/y
2. Auto revenue up 47% y/y. The OSEK Auto OS starting to pay off ?
3. Tornado for Managed Switches (TMS) hit the 100th order mark in Q2.
4. Cisco's R&D spending is down yet Cisco's spending with WIND is up

17:12 ET Wind River Sys misses estimates; guides lower (WIND) 15.03 -0.46: Reports Q4 (Jan) loss of $0.02 per share, $0.01 worse than the Multex consensus of ($0.01); revenues fell 38.2% year/year to $80.5 mln vs the $82 mln consensus; sees Q1 net loss of $0.02-$0.04 per share versus the current consensus estimate of break even; sees Q1 revenue flat to down 5% sequentially which amounts to guidance in the range of $76.5-$80.5 mln versus the current consensus estimate for revenues of $83.0 mln.
