Well it's not looking good for a few of them. I watched the lady (can't remember her name) on CSPAN testifing to congress and it looks bad.

Obviously people are innocent until proven guilty but it's just a matter of time before some people are put in prison.

Hi Bill, how about when they hid company losses as commodity trades? That is fraud. Also, when they were telling shareholders that everything was hunky dory, then hiding the losses, then selling their own personal stakes in Enron. That was fraud too.
