B.com is saying tech conference isn't warming up any enthusiasm.They see sector rotation in full play now towards value stocks etc.The optimism , they say,for 2nd half recovery seems now to be excluding the tech sector.

I have us turning before that, 1650 is a real major support, I think that 1690 plus minus 10 is the next turn area, and if we get some "desperation", then the real bottom prior to the , "still expected" spring rally. Until I see the "colors" of that bottom, I cannot "call" it ahead of time...
