Anderson partners will cooperate to the hilt they want to see their company avoid RICO gutting we will see I personally want Anderson put out of business kaput, dead, gutted, RICO'ed clean to the bone these companies are not recent violators of collusion they fought anti-collusion laws forcefully with big lobby money they are and were invested heavily in collusion by collusion I mean audit + consult it became conspiratorial in the relationship then outright fraud, misrepresentation, and concealment the remedy will be painful the effect on investor confidence is only starting I like the idea of rotating auditor roles give them 3-yr contracts that way we avoid creating bedmates / jim
