There may not be co-ordination but North Korea sells it's missiles and missile technology to all comers. They are equal opportunity arms suppliers.

What kind of nuclear technology have they developed and how much fissionable material have they made? Will they sell that too?

Axis of evil means co-ordination. There's no way around it.

i don't buy that at all.

the original axis consisted of germany, italy and japan...there was very very little coordination between those three. i can't think of a single instance where they coordinated an attack.

They all make me wince. Dubya, and his mentor, Dan Quayl (to 'e' or not to 'e'?) make me chortle, just as Norm Crosby & Archie Bunker did with their malapropisms.
