I've heard about that. I really do hope it passes. Shareholders need protection and this is a good way to do it. Not only that, but I think it is something that will keep executives more closely aligned with the interests of shareholders in the long run. Thx for the post!

hueyone, john mccain has a new rally cry. I received some literature that stated, The Arizonia Baptist Foundation, went belly up. just imagine all those conservative elderly people living there who like the Enron case, lost their savings in a Foundation which they thought was safe. Naturally, McCain wants to be re-elected.

Just my opinions.
