That's something that not many people care to pay for.

I thought we had lots of cancer drugs already, like cigarettes.

Have you tried Verizon cell phone computer connect for
you new lap top. They will give you 24 hour connection
for $30/ month until March 15 !!

The only problem with Verizon in NJ is they can't be their own ISP. They use Qwest for adsl and Qwest is still replacing servers impacted by 9/11 in downtown NYC. Weekly outages are typical.
