I know where there is 5 billion dollars worth of gold, for the taking. All you need to get it out is a teaspoon, a salt shaker, and a handkerchief. I have the teaspoon, but I can't afford the other two. Perhaps you can help. You might have to buy the coffee until the project breaks even. Of course if you are like all the other would be gold miners, you don't need five billion dollars worth of gold, because, as the songs says, we don't need any more holes dug in the planet. Some people feel that it is better to lie in wait until somebody invents or discovers something, then they can steal it. This is considered more progressive, in the modern age. Do you think we should all go back to being hunter gatherers? Philosophical choices were so much easier then. Issues of value did not cause confusion amongst those who were in charge of simplifying the optimal existence to one of supplying the needs to those who could afford to have only wants. EC<:-}
