Actually Wanna you need to address these issues from the start. If your equipment footprint is 50 to 100% larger than someone else's and requires 50% more cooling you're not going to sell much of your equipment. You clearly have no Idea the cost per sq foot of designing and building a high end equipment room. We make decisions on vendors from these very key points as space is a large premium, power plant capacity for the future, and HVAC units take up space as well. M.
