Are you beginning to see any weakness in the housing market there. I am still waiting for a collapse here in San Diego but it just isn't here. Prices continue to be absurd, and there are more developers building tract homes in the $850,000 plus range. There must be at least 1000 homes that are coming on line in the next 3 months in that price range, then the next phases begin.

It is ridiculous.

rocklobster, I think some people are already shorting the homebuilders thinking what you're thinking, and it's a good move, IMO.

keep your eye on the homebuilders.

I put on shorts in CTX and PHM last week. The homebuilders are toast.
