It's gone from the sublime to the rediculous here too.. the fastest growing segment of the market last year in Tucson was the 800,000 plus price range. the 300 to 800k market went a bit flat, but the average home price hit 200k this year up 20% from a year ago, and last year was up 18% from the previous year.. that means that the average home price has gone from 135,000 to 200,000 in just two years, and shows no signs at all of slowing.. As a matter of fact, this town is absolutely booming.. It makes me wonder why the market is going so badly.. Things in Tucson are better than ever.
