CS First Boston is expecting Intel to announce new Plumas chipset for servers new DDR platforms, the release of second Itanium chip, and several XScale products (from PDAs to iSCSI).

While the chipmarker isn't expected to update the markets on its quarter ahead of March 8, CSFB said it believes Intel "is on track for the middle to upper end of its guidance range. Our Asia research team's survey of Tier-1 and channel suppliers indicates February is down as expected but getting some second quarter visibility."
