This people just need the legal frame work provided by such dying countries like Australia, Japan or Canada.> And that's just what Britain was providing them during the British Empire. So, if they want the legal framework provided by countries like Australia, Japan, USA, NZ and Canada, which contrary to your idea are NOT dying but are doing very well thanks, [which is why the hordes want to get in], then they could quite easily just copy the framework and introduce it right there in their own countries. There is no copyright. The fact is, they are barbarian cultures of mysticism, violence and tribalism. Transposing them en masse to Canada won't make their lives better. They'll just be cold barbarians and make Canada as bad as home. South Africa had a good legal and democratic framework to take over as did Zimbabwe and many other states. I dare say there are a LOT more people being murdered in South Africa now than when the British were ruling using the legal framework. It is not all peace, light, harmony and prosperity in those now locally-ruled countries. Quite the contrary. Yet they had wall to wall legal framework and government institutions to pick up and make work. If Japan's population drops to 50 million, so what? That dosn't mean they need to import people from Nigeria and Indonesia. Perhaps the Indonesians could ask Japan to take over Indonesia and introduce the legal framework there. The Dutch introduced a legal civilized framework in Indonesia. When they left, the Indonesian Moslem murderers took over East Timor and slaughtered hordes of people [British never conducted such mass murder]. So, let's recolonize Africa and introduce that legal framework you like so much if you think some jobs are to be done. Let's jazz up the UN into a colonizing body, and displace the totalitarian murderous governing elites. Maybe nice Yoruba and nice Indonesian do a good job at the Alamo and Sheraton, but perhaps those same people would not be so good at running a government and voting for the government if they were the majority. If they ditch the violent Moslem mysticism it'd be a good start. Mqurice

ElM, re the "Nice young man from ...." Imagine having a million of these people introducing their policies to your neighbourhood. They could give demonstrations on halalujah killing of people like Daniel Pearl, Stan Shaw and others so we 'dying countries' could learn how to be good Moslems. If we had millions of them arriving, our countries would no longer be dying. Not of old age anyway. Message 17097399 A revamped federal United Nations is the way to go. Mass transfer of murder, poverty, ignorance, superstition, cultural disaffection and kleptocracy to Canada, USA, Japan, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Sweden, Australia, New Zealand, Bermuda, Singapore and other wealthy countries is not a good idea.
