They are building like crazy where I live. The older suburbs (small ugly housing from the fifties and sixties) are not doing as well because people want these 5000-8000 square foot, wall o'windows, multi-story decked, three story cathedral foyered, heated tile floors with a master suite and spa-like bathroom, granite kitchen, sub zero, 10k barbequed monuments to their egos. Excuse the rant, but some big holes appeared in the woods directly behind my property....perk tests.....next it'll be well holes. Thinking of planting some empty drums with PCB stenciled on them up there. -gggg-
