Unreal, we are hearing it from every pat of the country. I gotta think that as soon as Greenspan raises rates, the boom will end ugly. If we get another leg down in the economy, it may be the straw that breaks the camels back in the housing sector. Many of the real estate guru's I follow in California seem to think that the Fall will bring a downturn as we are entering the 10th year of prosperity for the housing market.

The 400 K and up market in South Florida is UFB..
I still dont know where these folks got their money...
I spoke to a couple of customers who told me they were using dollars they normally put in the Stock Market to buy their new homes..
Many of these folks move in with little or no furniture and in some cases/instances extended family..
