Somewhat strange to announce that type of trade that has no bearing on the company fundamentals itself and then believe it is news.

Unless one believes that watching block trades is the key to good investing or more specifically, what one broker decides to do, I find the "information" not really information at all.

But, that's just my take on investing.

For the 144 maybe, but the sale already took place. And considering that they still own 27 million shares, 500K is nothing.
