I was talking of the "insanity" part. Whether hormonal or not. I am quite aware of what postpartum depression is.

On what grounds do you have any reason to believe that he was rational? His actions are not those of a rational father to me.

What evidence do you have to support that he understood the severity of her condition or the ramifications of enlarging the family?

I think your conclusion is irrational.

Without knowing the day to day life in that house, you cannot put equal blame on this man.

As for her suffering from postpartum depression, no doubt hormones play a major factor in a woman's life. (just ask me right about now!!)

BTW do you have children??

I would lockup the Psychiatrist treating her in a Turkish Prison.
If she were the sickest patient that MD eversaw he/she is Criminally negligent for not hospitizing her.
