Do we know this is
something he forced on her?? Pregnancy can be equally
the fault of the woman. So do we know the answers to
those questions in this case??

Heck maybe they just enjoyed each other.....and there
was no planning or not planning on either part. Maybe the
just enjoyed each other. Great stress relief??

Enjoying is one thing but increasing the mental stress on an already fragile psyche & then
placing your 5 small children in the constant & sole care of a person with that psychological profile
is IMO being legally negligent. A clever lawyer could probably convince a jury of the
responsibility on his part--especially if he was proven to be mentally healthy. I don't understand
how he can walk free without being held responsible in some way.

If he hired a stranger to care for the children who he knew had been declared mentally unstable
by a physician & that person then killed the children.....would not the court hold the father to be
guilty of neglect?
