Trouble is that there was the usual range bounce. More than one, in fact. It's my belief that the future direction of the market can't be accurately and consistently predicted. But whether that's true or not, I don't know. I'm paid by a powerful syndicate to say it over and over again on various forums until everyone believes it. Then when everyone is convinced, we'll form a cult and travel to another galaxy where the galacto-market can be predicted. This will give us a use for all our TA programs, which we'll take along to the new world. As for the complacency indexes, they're in overbought territory, so maybe the downtrend will resume before long. Who knows?
