Hi Zeev, I really like your money management techniques. Money Management and loss curtailment are 80-90% of the battle.

You have a very nice approach of diversifying your trading into a number of different individual positions and also adjusting your percentage of total funds invested up and down to adapt to changes in market risk .

Your adherent to stop losses is a cornerstone of a good trading system and the capstone in your Trading and Money management system, was displayed very recently when you said that the turnips were not giving you a clear and strong signal.

In my experience way too much money has been lost by traders trying to force a strong market opinion out of a muddied set of indicators. A trader is really able to do his best work, after he realizes that there are times when there is nothing or not as much to do; while waiting for the times when the balance of evidence indicates the time to put on bigger or more aggressive position/s.

Zeev, if everyone took your advice, no one could make any money from it. (There has to be someone on the other side of the trade, after all.) From that point of view, those of us who value your opinions actually owe MJ a debt of gratitude.
