I'm sure that the WS brass knows the ISS bent by now and since the arbs really never bought into the deal, CPq may hold up at 10 even if the merger fails to get the votes needed.
And though the stock is down today, so are plenty of others including HWP and there doesn't seem to be an exodus out of the shares today based on the fairly low volume.
