You are probably right because, if you and BIA are indicative of the general IQ level of native Austiners, its no wonder things are as bad as you claim....

I don't know how Austin gets into the picture. It is pretty straightforward, as it bears on this discussion. Reagan didn't create poverty, and Clinton didn't eliminate it. There is a certain chronic problem that has yet to be fixed with the so- called underclass......
