ok, let me take your little mole hill apart.

Let's start with IMJ. He has close to 4% of the company and he has options which I would suspect are 5 year vested, but can be held for 10 years. He already has diversified alot of his money but still has quite a few shares outstanding. Why exercise them now and pay taxes when he is at a hgh tax bracket? Why not wait until he retires in say 3-5 years and take them then? He doesn't need the realized gain and he certainly doesn't need to get any more free cash flow. there are quite a few others there that are like that same category. and if they believe in the company, there is no better way to hold these options that to keep them unrealized as long as possible. there is NO reason to pay the government money any sooner than you have to. Why not hold them if you do not need the money. You know where they are, you can get them when you want, and there is no reason to excercise. Most of the people holding those options I would suspect have enough money to live the next 5 years without tapping into the options. From the prices you show, these were mostly awarded in 1997/98. Now what was your conspriacy theory again?

So while you go try to make something out of this as some kind of insider trading, it shows that they are smart money managers for their own accounts. You guys are really trying to pull something out of your a**. You must be short alot of shares.
