OK I'll bite. Who is this Saifun who seems to be on a fishing expedition, what is the IP which was stolen etc etc.

Innocent until proven guilty, seems a good idea.

If Intel did this, the Droids would have had Intel tried, convicted and sentenced to death !!!

Intel would have been dead a few times imo. See for example the Intergraph case (coming for damages in july this year, requested damages over $ 3 Billion)

glad that you asked :-))
1) the case was filed which, by itself, does not say much until the facts and rulings are out. Intel routinely sue everyone and everything and almost never wins.
2) did you forget the alpha deal, when intel examined alpha chips and incorporated the technology in pentiums. The case was settled out of the court against intel. Short memory?
