Intergraph v. Intel is different. Intergraph is alleging that Intel is infringing upon their Clipper patents. Intel, however, did not "steal" this technology and try to patent it themselves.

On the other hand, Saifun is alleging that AMD committed fraud since they incorporated Saifun's technology into AMD's patent applications.

This is something Albert and myself discussed (briefly).
