LOL. Intel bought a company, then claimed they owned patents previously sold to Intergraph.

They didn't try to patent it, they claimed they already owned the patents.

Ok I understand that is different. But do we know at all which technology and which AMD patents they are talking about. AMD does not make memory chips other than flash. Could it be flash?
