I have no idea which technology that Saifun is alleging that AMD stole. I doubt that Saifun's technology is "public knowledge", therefore I doubt there could be any way you, or I, could find out.

This "type" of things happens, and IMO much more frequently than one thinks. If these allegations are proven true, most likely, AMD will have to relinquish any, and all, rights to Saifun and perhaps Saifun might receive some monetary compensation....

Will this hurt AMD's normal operations, most likely not. However, for publicity, it doesn't look too good. It could take years to resolve....
