Not from this incident alone. Bush has a rapidly growing history of misspeaks. It's almost like Freudian slips, except instead of revealing perversity they just reveal shallowness.

Funny that Boy George had no problem communicating with Cheney when he called the New York Times reporter (who voted for Dole in '96) a "major league asshole."

I think part of GWB's problem is that he does his best communicating through the use of profanity, regional idioms and backslaps. Everything else is a struggle.
