Hope the stock market recovers before the real estate market tops out. I have to think that some of those record numbers of buyers of existing homes in january got it wrong and that the small number of folks accumulating stocks during that period will be proved right in the end. In retrospect, there were a lot of signs two years ago that we were near a top. Lets keep our eyes open for signs like this that we may be nearing a bottom. Let history be our guide.
