Probably. It would not surprise me to see the Nikkei trade at 8000. The fund I am in is an OTC fund and expect this group of stocks to be the first ones to recover in Japan. Am using KT's thirds and expect to have a good cost bases when it is all over.

One never knows where the bottom is in a bear market and this strategy works well for me.

Heck, when I started collecting my SA metal stocks my last 1/3rd (double down) was half of the price of my first position. Took one and a half years to collect these positions. Now these little rascals are up over 275%
