Richard: Im posting to keep this thread alive as I would not like to see it neglected for too long. You are a valuable person to small investors such as myself. I want you to know that I appreciate you taking time to answer questions on the REITS. This has been an incredible run for these stocks. They seem to react contrary to the bad markets, but don't seem to get hurt by the up moves either. Do you think that this will continue given that interest rates remain about where they are?
